What DEIA Means To Us

At Gratavid, we bring human connection to a digital world, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and access (DEIA) are integral parts. We believe that DEIA ensures everyone is given an opportunity regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or background. A diverse mix of voices leads to better discussions, decisions, and a greater Gratavid product built by and made for everyone.

How We Approach DEIA

  • We do not require college degrees
  • 33% of job applicants who receive an interview must be black, indigenous, a person of color, or represent an underserved community
  • Referrals are encouraged but can only represent 50% of applicant interviews
  • We are forever remote, minimizing barriers around location, travel, and accessibility
  • Acknowledging Our Land

    We recognize the distinctive and ongoing relationship that exists between Indigenous People and their traditional land. We honor the first peoples of whose land we are on by stewarding the land and partnering and collaborating with those communities. We encourage others to take action in supporting indigenous nonprofits, organizations, and institutions.
